How we work

Every event starts as a formula.

Run it for
  1. A1=LISTEN(members)

    Listen

Feedback forms, conversations at events, and check-ins tell us what members want more of.

  2. B1=PLAN(A1)

    Plan

Ideas go into a shared sheet with owners, dates, and next steps so nothing slips.

  3. C1=HOST(B1)

    Host

Coffee chats, socials, and behind-the-scenes support make the plan real.

  4. D1=IMPROVE(C1)

    Improve

We look at what landed, adjust, and feed it straight back into A1.

D1 feeds back into A1. The loop never really closes, which is the point.

Recruitment

Pull up a chair.

We're looking for people who notice when someone's standing alone at an event, who like turning messy plans into clean ones, and who want BITS to feel like home for everyone in it. Keep an eye out for the next recruitment cycle: we announce it on Instagram.
