Corporate Relations
The Corporate Relations Committee manages the relationships between BITS and the companies that hire its members. The team secures sponsorships, coordinates recruiter visits, and creates opportunities for members to meet the people who do the work.

Employer engagement and career preparation
The team handles employer outreach, negotiates sponsorship, and runs the calendar of company events BITS hosts each semester.
Recruiting events
Info sessions, panels, and site visits are planned and run with partner firms. Each is scheduled against the recruiting calendar so members meet teams while roles are still open.
Interview preparation
Resume reviews, mock interviews, and case practice run ahead of each cycle, with feedback from alumni working in the roles members are applying to.

BAIT Expo
A career-fair format in the Livingston Student Center, with recruiters from Barclays, KPMG, PwC, BNY, IBM, Dow Jones, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
General Interest Meeting
The opening meeting of the year, introducing the committee structure and the semester's recruiting calendar.
End of Year Banquet
The annual banquet for internal members, with an awards ceremony and a send-off for graduating seniors.
